Your Personalized Styling Experience

• Enjoy a one-on-one consultation with one of our highly trained stylists

• Each shopper is allotted 45 minutes in a private fitting room to try on favorites

• Your stylist will assist with fit, styling recommendations, sizing, and availability

• Individual appointments are required for each shopper

• Each shopper may be accompanied by up to two guests

  • Appointments may be scheduled for the same date and time, subject to availability

• Undergarments are required when trying on gowns

• A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is successfully scheduled

  • If a confirmation email is not received, please contact us directly, as your appointment may not be secured

• Multiple shoppers may reserve appointments for the same date and time, subject to availability.

  • Each shopper must book individually.

As we operate exclusively by appointment, you may need to leave a voicemail. Our team will return your call as promptly as possible.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

​

• A credit card is required to reserve all confirmed appointments.

• Your card will only be charged in the event of:

  • A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or

  • A missed appointment.

• In these cases, a $35 cancellation or no-show fee will apply.
