Cancellation Policy
Here at Calla Lily Formals our clients enjoy a personal, one-on-one appointment with one of our expert stylists. Reservation & Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required to reserve all confirmed appointments. Your card will only be charged in the event of: A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed appointment. In these cases, a $35 cancellation or no-show fee will apply. Appointment Details: -A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is successfully secured. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us directly, as your appointment may not be finalized. -Multiple shoppers may reserve appointments for the same date and time, subject to availability. Each shopper must book individually. -Each shopper is provided 45 minutes in a private fitting suite to explore selected styles. -You may bring up to two guests to share in your moment. -Undergarments are required when trying on gowns.
