Calla Lily Formals accepts the most common forms of payment, for our customer’s convenience. 

 

Payment Types: Cash, Credit, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Lay-Away payment plans: Payment plans are available for select dresses purchased off the showroom floor and or special ordered.

Special Orders: If your dress is not purchased in full we require at least a 50% deposit down during the time of purchase plus shipping fees. Keep in mind that the remaining balance is due when your special-ordered item arrives in store. All special orders are considered final sales so if you order it, it is yours so there will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns applicable to your order.

We have an "All-Sales are Final" policy at Calla Lily so no exchanges or returns will be granted to protect our clients.

Rush Order- If you have a close event, we may need to consult with the designer to place a "rush order" for an additional fee. The fee will vary and will be discussed with the client in which one of our consultants will help you during the purchase of your desired dress or tuxedo.
